Kraken Sub-processors
Kraken engages certain sub-processors in connection with providing its Services. A sub-processor is a third-party engaged by Kraken to process personal data on behalf of Kraken’s Clients.
As a condition of permitting a sub-processor to process personal data, Kraken will enter into a written agreement with each sub-processor containing data protection obligations at least as protective as the technical and organizational measures Kraken has put into place to protect Client personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised disclosure or access.
