Customers to benefit from seamless service via Kraken’s best-in-class operating system
Expansion marks Kraken's first steps into the Portuguese market
London, 27th May 2025 – Plenitude (company controlled by Eni) is strengthening its collaboration with Kraken, the groundbreaking operating system transforming the global utilities sector.
As part of this expanded partnership, Plenitude will implement Kraken’s platform to serve its customers in Spain and Portugal, to deliver a top-tier customer experience while optimizing operational costs.
The partnership builds on Plenitude’s successful adoption of Kraken in its French retail operations, contributing to drive the company’s TrustPilot score to 4.6.
Kraken’s advanced operating system and “universal agent” model streamline customer interactions by allowing a single agent to handle queries without rerouting across organizational silos. This approach improves customer satisfaction while boosting employee engagement.
The rollout also marks Kraken’s first entry into the Portuguese market, extending the platform’s global reach. Kraken now manages over 70 million customer accounts for major global utilities.
By processing 8 billion data points daily, within a single-data model, Kraken provides real-time insights that enhance customer engagement and drive cost efficiencies. Its dynamic capability to develop and launch innovative energy products positions Plenitude to stay at the forefront of the energy transition with flexible, customer-centric solutions.
Amir Orad, CEO of Kraken says: “Plenitude is a trusted leader in European energy, and a great partner with which to deliver world-class customer service. Together, we’re driving digital transformation and creating an energy system designed to meet the evolving needs of customers and the demands of a new energy system.”
