We don't count your holiday days. We trust everyone to work hard and take as much time off as they need.

For parents
We'll be here to support you throughout your parental leave. (Primary carer) For employees who have worked for OE Group for 12 months or more will be entitled to a 'top-up' of the govt parental leave payments to your full pay for the equivalent of 20 weeks. For all employees (both primary and secondary carers) who have worked for OE Group for 9 months or more will be entitled to 12 weeks paid leave.
