The move to Kraken in 2020 delivered a lean, sustainable business model that put E.ON Next back on the path to profit in a landscape dominated by the doom and gloom of COVID-19.
This must be the largest and fastest customer migration ever undertaken in the UK, and the fact we’ve achieved such success during a global pandemic and while delivering ‘Excellent’ customer satisfaction scores is a massive achievement.
